I am an assistant professor of Management at the Muma College of Business at University of South Florida. 

My research investigates the role of self-awareness and authenticity in shaping leader behavior, interpersonal perception, and prosocial outcomes in organizations. My research has been published in leading academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal and Academy of Management Annals. 

I received my Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Prior to joining USF, I completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
